It's a world itself, everyone has opinions likes, and dislikes. with a more good-looking, happier living life that you only dream and you saw it assume their lives are so great then I must be suck cause I don't possess such thing So you set the benchmark on how you look and behave however you have no clue how depressed they are in real life.


Many companies hire engineers,  who know about gambling and stuff  .their job is to make the app pp as addictive as possible. They know they causing cavities in the world.   • Take time for thinking.
  • Exercise mindfulness
  • Enroll in Helping a child with toxic social media use.


SOLUTION FOR SOCIAL MEDIA-

instead of practicing colonization on another planet, we can fix THIS one. most dangerous things aren't in the future but under over nose right now. if we see, This is the root for every other problem. The Internet makes and breaks your life at the same time.
So your answer to this question depends on how you prefer to interact with it. I think as you receive age, social media comes to be limited about your self-image and more about a valuable way of keeping in touch with the world and your friends/family .modify habits but it's a short time.


Now, business companies or manufacturing companies, need a lot of top time to grow but on the other side companies like Tiktok and YouTube becomes billion-dollar companies in a year reason is YOUR ATTENTION. to clarify, at the start we are earning money by agriculture labeled as agriculture economy then we enter into the industrial economy and now we are in the attention economy. Everyone needs your attention even the politicians and many big companies. nowadays attention is money reason, you get manipulated by their opinions then you are just a moneymaker for them.
To tackle this technological issue we need new technology. a technology that is not constructed for our attention, which can diminish our online usage and drastically reduce its effect.

I never come on social media on my will(i downloaded what app and linked in three months ago.) And still, my friend's complaint is I am not online or be on insta, twitter, snap chat, Facebook...
I'll maybe in the future but right now it doesn't make any necessity to me(it's my opinion plz don't get offended ).
social media is a relatively very new technology, I get dreadful when we have the greatest tool of mankind ever imagined but we forgot it's a tool and made IT SOUL purposes.
